Oct 06, 2012 · It has nothing to do with the dvd. It is the product key. If the organization has a volume license you need to connect to the network and activate with the KMS server on the network. Otherwise you will have to purchase a retail copy of Windows 7 Professional in order to get a retail key. If you do you will not have to reinstall Windows.
