OnTrac told me my package was delivered when in fact it was not. Took three calls to customer service to get a response that said they're internal scanner shows the driver was in my area at the time of delivery so it was delivered.

Anyone having problems with Amazon Prime deliveries and Ontrac Shipping? I know it's a real first world problem, but anyone having issues with Amazon Prime package deliveries where they guarantee same day or next day delivery by 8pm, but only to have the package falsely marked delivered or have a BS excuse why they could not deliver.
