The New York Health and Racquet Club NYHRC is a gym with 10 locations throughout New York. And Cooper Square are transitioning to Life Time in a phased approach. I was turned down and told I was needed in the locker room to help out an older co-worker who got hurt on the job with heavy lifting such as the towels.

Like you, Kobe, I hate being ripped off. However, my experience at NYHRC is completely different. I have been a member for over 10 years and have never had a bad a bad experience and, believe me, I am a tough customer. I have trained at 56th street and Whitehall, but find 23rd Street the absolutely the best in the system.
