Noisy Acres Farm. I've been having fun making cheddar. This one won't be for sale, it's just a fun experiment. I'm going to try aging it in the old chimney arch in our basement. Our house was built in the early 1800's, or possibly earlier, and it's fun to imagine that maybe back at that time they had cheese that once aged on these shelves too.
