It does not take cameras, spacecraft, etc, to demo that earth cannot possibly be flat. A camera running 24 hrs a day, on the south pole, or on the ISS, or on a geo sync satellite will serve to prove nothing to a person who needs to believe earth is flat. Basically all those things exist, or have existed, and it serves to prove not a thing to them.

When it's over the tropic of cancer it's mid summer in Alaska, and when it's over the tropic of capricorn its mid winter in Alaska, this theory fails to explain 24 hour daylight inside the antarctic circle. As far as I'm aware no flat earth theory works for daylight hours in the Southern Hemisphere. Logged.
