Customer service not an easy job but here the supervisors support is there to help you manage. Great bunch of people to work with they are understanding and everyone supportive to the cause.

nexxlinx is always changing. the hours are good when work is available. towards the end of my employment there wasn't much work and lots of mandatory time off. other than that the atmosphere was good. management is awesome,

Contrary to what others may have to say about NexxLinx, opportunities for growth and development are plentiful, but like any company, you must be willing to work for them. I started with the company expecting it to be a stepstone toward something else, but after 3 relatively quick promotions, I have turned it into a career.
