Your baby is still so tiny and has a small stomach that needs filling regularly. 2-3 hour stretches at this age is really good! I wouldn't try to go longer between feeds yet, you have a growth spurt coming your way when baby will be feeding all the time, day and night. Just remember to trust your body and trust your baby. He is taking 120ml (4oz) every 2 hours and misses out one or two in the night so he is having at least 10 x 4oz milk??? That would be 40 oz which is a lot at three weeks!! My babe is 5 months today. He still feeds every two hours or less (between 1-2 hours) even throughout the night. He gets bottles while I work, but still he’s getting them between 1 ½ - 2 hours (4 - 4oz bottles in 10 hours). When we breastfeed during the weekends when I’m not working, he will only take one boob at a time.
