When I first got to NCTAMS PAC in 2012, leadership was awesome. Now it seems opposite. I had someone threaten my newborn daughter so I reported it to base police. Chain of command went after me like I was in the wrong. including a Commander (which also continued to "scold" me when I needed a signature for my check out sheet for SEPERATION.
