Nothing mysterious or special about a nail head. The block re-bores same as any other engine. Heads get re-done same as any other except for mixed messages about the advisability of hard seats. Any GOOD local machine shop should be able to give you a good block and heads. A shop manual and fairly basic tools should allow you to assemble it.
