Our delivery targets are based on working (NZ business) days which are Monday to Friday (exlcluding NZ public holidays). The day you give us your item, is counted as "day zero". If you give us your item on the weekend, a public holiday, or after the final clearance of the mail that day, day zero will be the next working day.
