On a plus point, when I did contact Nordstrom’s customer services, I received a reply just over 10 minutes later. The response didn’t contain that my order had shipped and here’s a tracking number, but the response was timely and polite. I will update this review when/if my order ships.2.1/5(266)

Nordstrom did give a refund for the order but the supervisor was doubtful that maybe one of my neighbors was holding the package and it was going to show up. The supervisor also said she would file a complaint to OnTrac for the delivery truck driver and OnTrac said they never received a complaint from Nordstrom.
