Calling Nordictrack is in itself an act of sublime patience. Every call you have to wait at least 30 minutes. I spent north of 4 hours in total. Instead of solving the delivery problem they would asked me to call the delivery company, as If I had bought the treadmill from this incompetent local company.

Just like many other reviews on here i would like to say that the customer care is terrible . I recently paid over £1100 pounds for a C1650 nordictrack treadmill . Delivery was good and on time. I was not at home when it was delivered but my wife was there and got a friend to assemble it.
