Update, turn off, or delete any rules that might be forwarding the sender's message to a non-existent or broken email address. Disable account forwarding. Sign in to your Office 365 account, and from the same Options navigation as shown above, select Mail > Accounts > Forwarding. Select Stop forwarding and click Save to disable account forwarding.
