I am having a problem with Oultook 2000 since I installed Office 2000 on my new Dell XP machine. I can send regular text emails to whomever I want but once I attach anything above around 1.5 mb I receive the message "No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient".

Nov 03, 2014 · Thanks for the info. As it was a single occurence so far I decided and moved all mailboxes to the new Exchange 2010 . I believe the issue is due to the fact that the intrenal account was trying to connect to the internal server using netbios name, for which I did not issue any UC certs.
