Actually - it didn't really come in 100% until day 12. I had a vaginal delivery - just slow milk I guess. I supplemented with the syringe, offered both breasts at every feeding, gave her an ounce or so of formula after every feeding and just cried and waited. I pumped after every feeding to try to stimulate supply.
