I have been a Next Directory customer for a good few years and normally place a large order around 3 times a year to update my wardrobe. I keep some bits but most does go back and this is one of the reason I loved shopping with Next so much. I paid extra for a large bouquet but it was not even the size of a small one. After complaining, the new bouquet was slightly better, but again, nothing like it ...
