Okay, so this glitch has stopped me from completing the game 100%. I have done every other delivery request in the other regions, and I know that the West New York delivery request is the one missing because it is still stuck on my logbook.

May 17, 2013 · I cannot complete delivery request missions. After collecting all the needed supplies, my two last delivery request missions will not show up on the map. Valley Forge and North New York are both complete for me (as indicated in the check list). The last thing I have to do for each mission is to deliver the items to the person.

Hey Guys, I'm trying to 100% the game, and I'm doing everything I can before actually finishing the story. I've done all 3 delivery requests (those annoying quests that require you to collect a ton of random items / crafted items) and yet my DNA percentage on them shows 0%. is this a known bug? is it game-breaking? is it platinum preventing?
