Natuzzi did NOT EVEN ANSWER our request for support. We did not ask for free service, we did not approach this aggressively, WE JUST WANTED THE CHAIR REPAIRED. NATUZZI IS SUBSTANDARD IN DESIGN AND EXECUTION. The problems are all over the net, it is incredible, all like chairs failed and you did nothing to support your clientele.

On the day of delivery of the Natuzzi sofa, the two delivery men brought the first section to the front door and said they could not get it through the door. They said the front door would have to be taken off to get the sofa into the house.

It broke once and was repaired. It has broken in the same spot and now the "warranty is voided" because I moved. Natuzzi does business in both states I have lived in. The sofa has not been abused, I weigh 200 lbs and my wife weighs 10 pounds. The problem besides the crappy furniture is the crappy warranty.1/5(13)

Mar 04, 2013 · The problem is that they custom make your order and is delivered from Italy not like those bulk manufacture cheapie sofa made in China. Have a close look at Natuzzi – it may not be made in Asia but the quality of manufacture and the quality of materials is no better. The business is a scam – a triumph of marketing over common sense.
