He insured us that we would have the cover in 12 weeks, but after 3+ months we still do not have the cover. He is now not communicating, is not replying my text or calls.

Our pool/spa guy told me he would have to remove the pump and take it out so he could replace the seal inside. He suggested to take the second pump out too because they were about the same age and would leak soon too.
