There were not enough servers for the cars; service took a very long time and the waitresses simply could not get it all done in a timely manner. A mixed-drink order took 15 minutes to arrive, the train departed at 7:00 p.m. but the main course was not on the table until after 9:00 p.m. The restrooms were horrendous.
