So, MS Project will convert Work from Hours (which is in Work field), to Days (mention in pjDays). Finally I will but this custom field on the Gantt Chart: As you can see, in Man Days I’ve got 7,5 days (60 hours of total work / 8 hours per day shown in Hours per Day = 7,5 days).
