Mar 11, 2013 · To answer your question, Microsoft Project 2007 does not have the capability of determining the shortest possible Duration for any task. That, my friend, is entirely up to you. I applaud you for what you have done so far with the tool, but it is up to you to staff each task correctly so that the task in done in the shortest possible time.
