The level of service received from Mr. Appliance has been abhorrent. We have had four scheduled appointments to date; Ken was running hours behind for two, the other two ended up being no shows. May 18th (original appointment): We were scheduled for service between 8 am and 12 pm. Received a call from Ken at 11:48 am telling us he was running late and would call when he was on his way.

After calling around to several appliance service companies I found Mr. Appliance. Customer service was great, technician was great, a little on the higher side as far as cost best part was the same day service- Reason I went with Mr. Appliance. Other companies were 3-5 days out or 1-2 WEEKS out!. Would call again, wish pricing was a little lower.
