Continuously dismissed my concerns and pretty much told me there is nothing she can do with no answers and no other direction to help with my concerns. Our testing times are 10:00 AM -5:00 PM. Due to the high volumes of inquiries, we are currently only testing patients with symptoms and will also require them to be seen by a provider. Once you arrive you will be asked to wait in your car and call 815-772-5511 . You will be directed to pull into the North Ambulance bay.
