2 reviews of Model-City Cleaners "Nice, but clueless about customer service. It took me five visits and three phone calls to get my order processed and I never got an apology. They promised to call me 3 x and never did. Now, every business can have a screw-up once in a while, but this dry cleaner in the Karn's Foods plaza was a comedy of errors.

1 review of Model-City Cleaners "Worst cleaners ever. Took a $100.00 dollar sweater to here this winter. It was brand new bright white with blue strips. When I got it back it was dingy brown. The guy told me to stuff it. I guess I have to take a lost but hopefully I can save someone from getting robbed."
