Needed to go to local branch to speak with an agent (online service for this is unavailable) and get copies of documents made it to the branch at 4:30 after getting of work at 4pm before the 5pm closing time. Only to see that they placed a New sign up with Temporary Hours so now instead of closing at 5 which is the regular hours now 4pm.
