It's too bad that the entire company has to take blame for the actions of some. The south end of the warehouse personnel are courteous and helpful. Adriana at the window is awesome. Now the rest of the Rest the warehouse check in personnel in the middle and north end are atrocious and rude. They treat drivers like garbage.
