1 review of Millers Custom Meats "Took a large grain fed steer here. Didn't get back enough meat for weight. Yes, I know you lose some. Not 200 pounds though. Poor thing obviously was lacking some ribs too. Odd that we never noticed a deformity. Was told that my hamburger would not have a bunch of gristle. Wrong! Didn't even have any until I checked my boxes and realized there was none.
