I have enjoyed working for this company for the most part. There's plenty of opportunity to make great money, but it comes at a cost. Very long hours starting at 7AM and ending usually at 7PM, but it has been known to end around 9PM or later.

Cons. Lots of time off due to not having enough work. Cox nor Milltel do not pay you for all of the work that you do. Constant lies and omitions about pay and job duties. Illegal labor practices, calling employees contractors inorder to withold benifits and not have to pay minimum wage. Withholding pay.
