The minimum wage in my old state was $8.23 which made my lifeguard starting pay at $9.25. A dollar more than minimum wage because I am trained to SAVE LIVES.

Midwest pool management was a fun company to work for, however, there was a bit of drama between opposing pools, that made the job less appealing. MPM was a great company and the faculty was very encouraging and kind. The employees were also very uplifting and did what they could to help out and inspire.
