3/17/2015 Previous review. The convenience of the Express Lanes enables me to travel from DTLA to LAX in less than 30 minutes quite often. It use to take more than 30 minutes before these lanes were established. These Express Lanes are also HOV lanes, when you have 2+ passengers in your car.
