You have to work 50 plus hours a week just to get a okay check that you should make in a 40 hr week. If your a decent welder dont waste your time. The management is a joke and the only reason there still open is because the other locations actually make money.

A work day could be 4 hours or 12+ hours, depending on how poorly the jobs were scheduled or how much of the 80's technology they rely on broke down that day. Current management is doing their best to make everyone hate the place it seems. Hardest part of the job was finding the will power to go in that day.

Management is so far disengaged from the production floor that they aren’t even able to make logical decisions to keep the company moving forward.

Some people work 60 hours a week and some work no OT at all. (At least in the machine shop) Overall recommend working here especially if you are starting with little to no experience and want to learn and work your way up.
