Delicious! (We didn't see any of these types of vendors at Mercado 28, but we didn't see the last row/alley of Mercado 28, so maybe we just missed them.) In terms of souvenirs, we saw many of the same items at both Mercado 23 and Mercado 28. Mercado 23 is definitely set up more for locals than tourists.
