Our 8-hour training program prepares volunteers to become mentors. Mentors are encouraged to mentor at least 3-5 mentees, which should take approximately 20-30 hours in total per year. Mentors can schedule their appointments with their mentees whenever it is convenient for them and all mentoring is currently being done over videoconference.
