The museum also has a gallery set aside for traveling exhibitions which complement the Menil’s incredibly diverse collection. This is a “quiet” museum: no café, no shop, no connected parking and few, if any, tours. There is a small unaffiliated bookstore and parking nearby (note that the bookstore does not keep the same hours as the museum).

218. 162. 399. 12/26/2020. Menil Park is the field that is right next to the Menil Museum. If you're into arts and have not been to The Menil, I highly recommend you check out this FREE museum. After the museum, spend some time outdoors at the Menil Park. This a great spot for a hangout with friends or a picnic in the field.

The Menil Bistro was a total surprise and a pleasant one at that. After a long search for antiques at the Guild Shop we looked for decent places to eat in the neighbourhood and this showed up. It is right across the Menil museum and pretty upscale. In Fact the area around Menil is like a little cute town in itself.
