We are on our honeymoon and came specifically to Fort Bragg to go to The Restaurant. Unfortunately they are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and Mendo Bistro was a top rated restaurant according to a travel website I checked. Our service was ok, the waitress was nice enough. They had a soup of the day which I ordered, a Red Pepper/Carrot soup.
