As a henna artist, my job involves working closely with people and asking them to not wash their hands for 24 hours, this feels out of the question for the time being. Making cookies has been the perfect creative outlet for me. I am rediscovering my love of baking and love the similarities intricate frosting techniques share with henna design.

Leave henna on the skin for as long as possible. For optimal results we recommend 4-8 hours or overnight. As needed, apply a sealant of sugar-water or lemon-sugar on top of the dried henna design. This will keep every dot in place ensure the henna doesn't crumble off to quickly.
