1 review of Manitowoc County Ice Center "When we were kids, we would wait for the river to freeze to play hockey. Now Manitowoc has a great indoor skating facility. Wow, you can skate in the summer. Just watched a youth hockey game there last week. The kids really put out the effort. Lessons in figure skating and hockey are available. There are open skating times.
