This past Sunday, August 23rd, I drove out early to fish for a couple hours on the Malibu Pier - a spot I have frequented for over 25 years, being a local. I pulled up at 9:15am - pretty early but it was a Sunday in Summer, so I anticipated some crowds. I pulled up to park in the Pier parking lot for $15 - a very fair price.
