I usually attend the late afternoon 1/2 open, 1/2 lap sessions for lap swimming. The lap swim portion of the pool has about 5-6 lanes open. It's never too crowded and the pool has the perfect temperature. There's always at least 2 lifeguards present; 1 of them is always roaming around the pool perimeter.
