With easy trail to hike on for 1 mile, it may take around 1/2 hour, but it is not the case with Mahoosuc Notch. For the most of hikers, it may take them around 2 hours to scramble through merely 1 mile of the notch! The blind man named Bulldog went through this area and it took him 9.5 hours.

I traveled almost four hours to, in sense, middle of nowhere in to mahoosuc mountain Lodge. Right upon arrival, Polly and Kevin greated me with respect, great hospitality and care. I felt as if I was going to my second home, due to Pollys great homemade cooking, care and environment.
