Oct 13, 2008 · Tesco delivery are sh*t. Customer services will usually refund delivery charge etc if late, but you do have to ring. I use sainsburys now - one hour delivery slots and a £10 voucher if they are late. I got a voucher once when they were 3 mins late! Exceptional service everytime and mostly very few substitutions.

Nov 06, 2010 · When I used Tesco home delivery, on the rare occasions the delivery was late the driver would call me on his mobile to let me know. All drivers are supposed to do this according to their customer services. Complain about it and either get your delivery refunded or perhaps even more.
