Feb 09, 2018 · No it was sold by Amazon and it was also Amazon delivery that were responsible for the delivery. So basically Amazon have a security issue either in their warehouse or in the courier system.. I would add that we have ordered stuff from other companies since and have had no problem with Royal Mail or other couriers like UPS.
