    Unfortunately email is sitting in the deferred delivery queue of the default SMTP server and only sending to the second SMTP virtual server after I start and stop the services on our mailsweeper and 10 minutes or so passes. I can't think why restarting the mailsweeper would help other than it might close a connection to the server.
