Mar 19, 2020 · I demonstrated to a office mate the use of Delay Delivery feature using Outlook 2010 and now it won't turn off and by default is set for <TODAY> 5pm. As many times as I have attempted to turn this off it defaults to the delay. I can send emails only by forcing the time to something prior to 'now'.

Below is what MS stated: All the emails that were scheduled to be delivered on future’s date in Exchange 2003 can be seen in Deferred Delivery Queue, However in Exchange 2010 there are no such queues hence we won’t be able to see these messages in the queue.
