Aug 25, 2015 · A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Transport Delivery service to connect. Event ID 7009. All other services started up correctly. There is more then enough hard-drive space on the server. Running with the following hardware allocations : 4vCPU, 16GB RAM 50 email users.
