Oct 11, 2018 · I ordered a new refrigerator online 10/1/2018 and had it scheduled for delivery on 10/5. It showed to be in stock. I was contacted by BB the day before that I had to reschedule because it would not be in stock until 10/5 so it couldn't be delivered that day and that I would have to wait until 10/8.

It's now mid-March 2020 and it hasn't gotten any better. From the posts I have read, Dell is aware of the problem, yet keeps issuing delivery dates that cannot be met. My laptop was supposed to arrive yesterday, two weeks after I placed an order and was lied to by the Dell rep. Now I'm looking at 3 more weeks (so I am told).
