I go to Luxe Spa and Heather is my stylist. I have also seen a few others when I was in a pinch and Heather was booked. I have never had a bad experience. The level of customer service is fantastic. I have pretty crappy hair -- and Heather makes it look better than anyone has. (I also go there for aesthetics and see Samantha - also awesome).

Bill themselves as a spa, more like a trashy salon in a bad part of town. I went in for a wax, Tasha was almost 15 minutes late, dressed unprofessionally and did an uneven job. I was shamed for not being a regular and not waxing regularly, then she shamed me for not knowing the difference between sugaring and waxing.
