When I was first hired at Luce the pay was great and they offered a dollar more pay after 200 hours which I went from making 8.00 dollars an hour to 9 dollars an hour which that was helpful for me to pay my bills. It is not Luce Research's fault when there aren't many hours available because they need a client paying for us to do the surveys, but the manager could be more supportive and understanding when employee's have questions/complaints about the constant scheduling changes.
