Under the Law Society’s CPD Requirement, lawyers and paralegals are required to complete at least 12 CPD Hours every calendar year. These CPD Hours consist of a minimum of 3 Professionalism Hours and up to 9 Substantive Hours. Of those 3 Professionalism Hours, at least 1 Hour must address issues of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (“EDI”).
